Common questions

A video is stuck on “processing.”

Most videos finish within 1-3 minutes. If a video has been processing longer than 10 minutes, open the project, click the video, and check the Sources rail kebab menu — there's usually a clear error message if something failed. If there's no error message but it's still stuck, email us and we'll look at the processing logs for that video id.

I can't add a YouTube video.

The most common cause is that the video has captions disabled and is in a language Whisper can't auto-detect. The error message in the Sources rail will say which step failed. If you're sure the video has captions and the error doesn't make sense, send us the YouTube URL.

I want to delete my account.

Open the avatar dropdown (top-right of the dashboard) → Account → scroll to the Security tab in the inline profile. Click Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cascade-removes every project, video, Q&A, and integration token associated with your account.

I want to cancel my subscription.

Open the avatar dropdown → Billing → click Manage subscription. That takes you to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, pause, or update payment methods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid access until then.
